Affinity Credit Union Corporate Profile

Affinity Credit Union has roots that lie deep in Saskatchewan communities and in the co-operative movement. Affinity Credit Union was formed on January 1, 2005 with the amalgamation of PAGE Credit Union, Sask Valley Credit Union and St. Mary’s Credit Union Limited. This merger resulted in an organization with 14 branches throughout central Saskatchewan.

On January 1, 2006 Kamsack Credit Union Limited and Eastshore Credit Union joined Affinity. Throughout 2006, four more credit unions approached Affinity for partnership, resulting in Prairie Diamond, Kenaston, Milestone and Lintlaw Credit Unions merging with Affinity on January 1, 2007. Currently, Affinity Credit Union serves 48,000 members from 27 branch locations.

Affinity currently has the distinction of being the only credit union in the province of Saskatchewan with branch operations in the two major urban centers, Saskatoon and Regina, as well as a dominant presence in the rural sector.

Affinity Credit Union continues to differentiate itself through exceptional member service, staff expertise and knowledge, plus a complete range of financial product and services.
