The new Affinity Credit Union will continue to support local autonomy, strong credit union values and a sincere commitment to the community.
For local communities, our partnership provides a financially stronger and more diverse credit union. Together, we can offer greater support to our communities.
Operating under a District structure, each District would be responsible and accountable for meeting the needs of their local members and growing their community presence.
Financial support to local communities
Each year, we will provide a minimum if 3% of pre-tax profits to support community events and activities.
In addition, each District will receive a minimum funding allocation of $50,000 every three years for investment in community projects. Projects to be supported will be decided by local District Councils.
