Convenience enhanced
Members will see a number of enhancements to their services including access to:
- Concentrated emphasis on providing outstanding services to our members.
- A larger number of services in more locations including mortgage brokerage, Trust servies and access to a member contact centre.
- Specialized estate and succession planning services and access to additional member education programs.
- Enhanced community economic development programs (Microloans, Community Loans and Affordable Housing).
- Enhanced expertise in agricultural and business lending, including the availability of an agrologist and special business experts.
Members will be able to continue to use current cheques, cards and account numbers. Over time we will be aligning products and services to ensure the best available offerings to all members. If changes need to be made, we will make every effort to ensure a seamless transition at no cost to you. We will inform you well in advance of any possible changes.
Local autonomy
As always, local autonomy continues to matter and members will continue to have a say in the way we do business. The local community is represented in the District Council which ensures that the voice of members is heard and that our credit union remains connected to its “grassroots”.
